Does Doji have a warranty policy?

At Doji, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell on our trading platform, which is why all of our products come with a 12-month warranty and a 30-day return policy.

Our warranty covers technical malfunctions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. However, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage such as water damage, loss, theft or repairs made by a non-authorised party. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any non-refurbished devices, consumable parts such as batteries and charger cables, cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or a broken screen, damage caused by use with another product, or damage caused by operating the product outside the manufacturer's guidelines.

If you experience any issues covered by our warranty policy, simply contact our Customer Service team at help@doji.co.uk or through our chat, and they will provide you with a return label to send the item back for repair or replacement.
