What are the transaction fees?

At Doji, we aim to provide a seamless selling experience to our users. To help cover the costs of product verification, product guarantee, delivery, and Doji maintenance and development, we charge a transaction fee of 7.5% of the sale price. Please note that the transaction fee may vary, and we reserve the right to change it at any time, including applying promotional fees and discounts.

Sellers are also responsible for paying a delivery fee, which depends on the chosen collection method. For instance, dropping off the item at the post office for shipment to Doji will incur a £5 delivery fee.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, and it matches the condition established by the grading process on Doji's platform, the money will be available instantly to be withdrawn from your Doji account. You can then verify your identity and add your bank account details to withdraw your funds. It usually takes up to 2 working days for the money to arrive in your bank account. However, in some cases, we may take longer to release payment to sellers to complete necessary checks to prevent fraud, or if our grading assessment differs.

If the person buying the product decides to return it, you don't need to worry. Once we accept the phone and remit payment, the item is sold, and you don't need to handle returns or buyer inquiries. Our aim is to make selling on Doji as hassle-free as possible.
