Selling Fees

As a seller, you are responsible for covering the postage fees when sending your device to Doji. There is one shipping option available: post office drop-off, which incurs a £5 shipping fee.

Check Your Drop-Off Deadline

Once your sale is confirmed, we'll send you an email with the last drop-off date. You can also find this information in your MyAccount console.

If you don't send your device by the agreed-upon date, you may be charged a £10 fee. This helps us ensure a safe and trustworthy experience for all Doji users.

Before Sending Your Device

Before sending your device to Doji, please make sure to remove all security and parental locks, as well as your SIM card, memory card (if applicable), and iCloud/Samsung/Google account.

Packaging Your Device

When packing your device, please ensure that it is securely packed in a box. The box does not need to be the original box that the phone came in; a small cardboard box works perfectly well, as long as the product is secure inside. You can use bubble wrap to help ensure that the product is secure. We use sustainable packaging when sending the product to its new owner.

Please do not include any accessories (such as charging cables or headphones) in the box. If you have multiple sales at the same time, please pack each product in a separate box, as each shipment is associated with one product.
